We'll work with you to help you tailor your studio solution so that it is how you want it, while also respecting your budget. We have multiple preferences for materials, finishes and add-ons, and will work with you to select the best mix of elements and beyond this, we will look for ways for you to be directly involved in the build to save on your out of pocket costs. Then when you place your order, we will manufacture your studio within 8-10 weeks.
Delivery can have a number of constraints depending on your site. Typically our studios are delivered on a tilt tray truck, and dropped where you want them. They can potentially also be craned into position if access is limited, however our preference is to work with you to identify viable positions that will make it easy for future relocation if necessary, and to avoid what can be significant costs for craning equipment.
Do you need a hand in understanding your local permitting and site installation requirements? Typically there are only limited local government requirements to be adhered to, and ultimately there are options that can avoid any need for council involvement. Having the confidence to progress on this understanding is where we will help you. We can also help with founding and footing design if required, and if you desire, project manage the required on site works. We will talk through all of your options to find the best approach for you.
What else do you need? Off grid allowances, tailored site needs like decking or awnings? Perhaps you're seeking an EMF shielding solution or camouflage finish. We believe that all ideas warrant exploration.
