We are able to build a mix of single studio and studio fit out options. Using common base and frame designs, we are able to build any of the following floor sizes, with internal walling to your specification.

Any combination of the standard floor sizes are available to meet your needs. They can be connected in “L” configuration, or separated by breeze way. No matter what you are looking for, there will be a combined unit / floor plan option that suits your needs.
